About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Lovegrove is a graduate student based at UC – Santa Cruz doing work on supernova simulation and modeling of exotic transients. She mostly uses CASTRO and swaps between Fortran, C, Python, and IDL on a daily basis, meaning that sometimes it takes her a few tries to remember the right comment character. In the past she has worked on gamma-ray astronomy, galaxy evolution, and exoplanet detection, and likes to tinker with both hardware and software. You may remember her from Astrobites. She can often be found complaining about debugging on Twitter.
